In 2025, one area of focus is to empower introverts to step into their strength, show up authentically, and create spaces where they are seen, heard, and valued. This is how we ensure we are not denied access, because that’s not happening, not on my watch anyway!

This isn’t just about introverts finding their voice.

It is time to go one step further, and also equip our allies to stand besides us, amplifying our presence and ensuring the introverts are sidelined no more.
